No. 2 South African General Hospital Orderlies' Tents

This photograph is showing the large South African military hospital set up in Dar-es-Salaam. South Africa contributed a great deal to the fighting in Africa. Indeed General Smuts took over the prosecution of the war against Lettow-Vorbeck from 1916.
