Operating on HMHS Delta in the Indian Ocean

This is a remarkabe photograph of an actual World War One Operation taking place on board the Hospital Ship HMHS Delta in the Indian Ocean in 1917. I believe it is off the coast of Tanganyika to support the ongoing campaign against the Germans in East and Central Africa.
