Chief Justice of Nigeria

Sadly this interesting photograph has no explanation attached to it. It is possible that it is a parade or official event being presided over by Sir Donald Kingdon who from 1929 until 1946 was the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. Indeed even until this day he is Nigeria's longest serving Chief Justice.
