Our Car Goes 'Overside'

Perhaps after a period of Leave, the Glover's appear to have arranged to have brought out a new car to Nigeria with them to replace their Ford Model T. The roads were incredibly basic but a car would have granted a new sense of freedom and possibility to the young couple. It would also help the doctor reach patients further afield. This particular car may be a Willys-Overland Whippet.
