Dr Glover's House at Ikot-Ekpene, c1922

Dr Glover and his wife stand outside their bungalow in Ikot-Ekpene. The term bungalow is actually borrowed from India and became synonymous with colonial architecture and not necessarily a single-storied house. Note the two servants standing upstairs.
