Kaiser Wilhelm II

From 1894 to 1914 Kaiser Wilhelm was the Commander in Chief of the Regiment. This came about from the days that the regiment had been fighting in Germany during the Seven Years War. Obviously, World War I made a mockery of this arrangement and he was hastily ditched.
