The pipes and drums of the Queen’s Own Highlanders march through a town in Scotland wearing full dress. The drummer marching behind the piper beats a tenor drum and has a bugle strung from his left shoulder. His scarlet doublet has blue shoulder wings laced with crown and inch tape, white with a repeating red crown pattern. The lace also follows the front of his sleeves and the back seam of the sleeves as well as the back seams of the jacket. He has an embroidered drum badge on his right sleeve. The plaited cords and tassels are a mixture of blue and buff. The collar badge is the elephant of the Seaforths.
