One of the Marlborough Tapestries at Blenheim Palace depicts the forcing of the Lines of Brabant. The Duke of Marlborough features prominently in the foreground, with his mounted staff. The troops are marching towards the French fortification which appears as zig-zag entrenchments behind the River Geete. They cross the river over bridges near the Chateau de Wang. An opening in the fortifications leads through a gap between two villages.
