Bandmaster Cramer-Suckley wears the uniform of the other ranks but with an embroidered band badge on his right fore-arm. He has a waist-sash that is officer style with gold barrels on crimson string. His busby has a blue bag instead of scarlet. The trumpeters busby bags changed to scarlet in 1893 but the band continued to wear blue bags until 1913.
