Frank Dugdale was born on 5th April 1857 at Eccles Lancashire. He was the second son of High Sheriff James Dugdale of Wroxhall Abbey, Warwickshire, who had 8 children. Frank was married on 20th July 1895 to Eva Sarah Louise Greville, daughter of George Guy Greville the 4th Earl of Warwick. They had 3 children. He was appointed equerry to Princess Mary in 1901 and was Lieutenant-Colonel Commandant of the Warwickshire Yeomanry from 16th Dec 1911. He died on 26th Nov 1925 at Marylebone, London.
