British Empire Title

7th Hussars

Hussars 1902

The 7th Hussars were issued with bolt action Lee-Enfield rifles which are here slung over the shoulder but when mounted were kept in a bucket and slung around the bridle arm. They were also armed with a sword carried on the saddle, off side. They have leather bandoliers on the left shoulder instead of the old pouchbelt. The uniform is a khaki serge jacket with khaki cord breeches and puttees.
