The boss on the front of the officers’ pouch-belt was a gilt ornamental ring with a silver lion/leopard’s head which holds one end of the two silver chains. The other end of the chains attached to silver arrows that tuck into a gilt rococo shield that is emblazoned with a silver and a gilt Prince of Wales Plume.
