I have been unable to find a better reproduction than this, but according to the AMOT Index of British Military Costume the four frames are titled Peeping Toms from Coventry, The Bettier Rabbit sent to Coventry, The Orderly Room, and La Politesse Militaire. They are by William Heath and published on 30 March 1824.
